Vanishing man--Sitting Sitting posture of the Vanished Lover series is an artwork on display in my showroom, which was also used to test the strength of this type of structure. At that time, I was more conservative with the design posture, making it more stable and ensuring a reasonable distribution of structural load.Next, I will release a kneeling posture artwork, which will have a more diverse shape.
The artwork is typically made of double-sided mirror stainless steel material, with customized screw connections in the details. The illusion of transparency is created by the thin sheet material. When people stand in front of the art installation, they can see through it. The scenery behind the installation is reflected by the mirror material, and as people move and change their position, the artwork presents different feelings of transparency, responding to the viewing angle. There are three poses in the artwork: a 1.8-meter kneeling pose, a standing pose within 3 meters, and a 1.6-meter sitting pose.
